Excellent service

Nationwide really are the bank that likes to help it's customers. They offer great customer service, great range of products, multiple way to contact them, great online banking, look after me as a valued customer.....overall really good company. Reviewed on: 9th November 2018

Superb Service Always

I find Nationwide so easy to deal with and so helpful, in my opinion they are head an shoulders above most other banks. I have transferred to other banks but come back to Nationwide. Great bank account

Nationwide's account pays market-leading interest, with a nice mobile app and a decent web app. The sign-up experience was pretty poor, but since then it's been very smooth sailing. Reviewed on: 6th November 2018

Great Benefits

I switched to Nationwide from TSB since having the account for years I had never switched before but I must say the service was excellent. I had no problems moving over and te benefits of the account far outweigh anything my previous bank could offer. The app and online banking is brilliant and very easy to use. flex direct

I switched to the flex direct account with nationwide when i needed my own bank account after I split up with my wife last year. I've been using it everyday ever since. Its easy to use. i got a debit card which can be used as a debit card or used on contactless devices. its been very handy. i was also given the option to have a chequebook but i declined as money is tight. some other banks i've been with give you a chequebook whether you want it or not. I use the online banking service to manage my day to day transactions and transfers which i previously had no experience with as my wife did it all. But I've found it quite simple to use. All in all its a good account with decent services attached to it. I'm sure I will be using it for many years to come. Reviewed on: 10th February 2018
