Responsible lending, Truly

After applying for a new mortgage to move home my wife and I felt that we would have no problems with both having excellent credit scores. Nationwide actually surprised us by not just handing money out straight away. There was a number of questions they asked that made us evaluate all of our spending. Helpful and great knowledge

Arranging a mortgage was very straight forward with the in branch mortgage advisor. His knowledge was very good and I also like the app details of the mortgage rates, layout, and current balance. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

Nationwide 2 year fixed rate mortgage

Could of done better by not asking for documents that were already submitted twice, notes left on system were not read so agents kept on asking for the same documentation. Slowed down application Reviewed on: 7th November 2017

Great rates and good online.

I took a Nationwide mortgage on the recommendation of a financial adviser. Twice. I cannot fault them, and when the account automatically linked with my online banking it seemed hard to fault. To date I've not had to contact Nationwide directly about my Mortgage, but they've always been top-notch for general banking, so can't see why a Mortgage would be any different. Like a local company

Have been with nationwide for years for our mortgage and their rate has always remained competitive. They offer a nice mix of online service but you can pop in for more information depth queries. They look after their existing customers well. Reviewed on: 29th June 2017

Such an abysmal experience

That extra mile

Was overall a really smooth and simple process for setting up my mortgage funds were there on time and also the day I got the keys I had a delivery of a gift box which was very nice and came in handy. Thanks Reviewed on: 23rd June 2017

I am voting for them for the second year

They gave me a hassle-free experience when taking out my first mortgage, allow me to overpay, have great customer service whenever I contact them and they resolve the issues easily. The cashback and loyalty bonus and new home welcome pack all added to me satisfaction. Reviewed on: 21st June 2017
