Cora terrible for the Nat West brand

I have little to add to the negative reviews of Cora, it is beyond useless. It connot understand, let alone answer, simple queries like "Where is the manage my card option in the Nat West app". Surely, when poor technology like this frustrates customers it can only be a matter of time before Nat West implements genuinely useful AI based on an existing knowledge base. Needless to say, Nat West needs to continue to invest in customer service humans at a decent level. Reviewed on: 30th August 2024

Easy, but has a couple issues

Overall, easy to use. The operators I find are most useful and get sort majority of problems. However, I find the main issue would be coming out of the chat, then going back in. It can sometimes kick you out. Especially as sometimes the operators question is in regard to a transaction, you have to leave the chat to look. Works most the time, but plays up here and there, then you're back to square one again and can't be put straight back through. Reviewed on: 21st March 2022
