Cora terrible for the Nat West brand

I have little to add to the negative reviews of Cora, it is beyond useless. It connot understand, let alone answer, simple queries like "Where is the manage my card option in the Nat West app". Surely, when poor technology like this frustrates customers it can only be a matter of time before Nat West implements genuinely useful AI based on an existing knowledge base. Needless to say, Nat West needs to continue to invest in customer service humans at a decent level. Reviewed on: 30th August 2024

Cora gets to the point

Cora is a clever (what I call her is a AI Bot) she will get to the point of what you are trying to ask and pop up all the answers that could possibly relate to your question. So technically you just need to type a main word e.g Payments, recall or direct debit ... etc. you don't even need to repeat yourself when she puts you through to an agent! Brilliant so in a small little sentence Quick + Simple = Cora Reviewed on: 18th March 2022
