Going round in circles trying to log in

Started a switch but started to regret it now. I am just going round and round in circles. The bot drives me crazy. Finally got hold of a person earlier today but had to cut conversation short due to visitors and now I can’t find out how to restart the conversation. It all revolves around my customer ID which they seem to think they gave me at signup but I have never received it. Driving me mad. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2023

After not being able to speak to a real person at Nat West, I hung on in a queue for over 40minutes with Cora, who then told me that the department I wanted had gone home! Cora promised to pass on the information to the team, but I have not hear anything. Several times I asked Cora how they would get in touch with me and every time, no matter what I said, Cora repeated the exact same words which were meaningless! I should have been able to leave my contact details at the very least, and then Nat West could get back to me. Wooden spoon for Cora! Reviewed on: 1st April 2023

Fabulous switch, effortless, and kept me informed every step of the way. You can ask Cora ANYTHING to do with your banking, and she’ll do her best to advise. If she’s flummoxed she passes you over to a member of staff. Reviewed on: 1st April 2023
