Cora is totally useless

A waste of time for me, pathetic!!!

I m on holiday in USA and have been locked out of my account for about a month. CORA or anyone else in RBS have been pathetic. I will be closing my account once I get back to Scotland. The main problem is that I keep being told they are sending me an activation code to my UK address BUT I have told them at least 10 times I am CALIFORNIA USA. I cannot get ANYONE IN RBS to respond to me. despite the fact I have had a heart attack in the last few weeks and need £1300 every month now for medication. This is unbelieveable, BUT TRUE!!!
