How to switch off Cora ?

1
As an online banker for many years, I do not want pestering with Cora when I navigate through the web-site. I want to switch it off for the session - longer is possible. Reviewed on: 5th December 2023

Dreadful bargain basement customer service

1
Query needed transferring to a real person. On each occasion I was told I would be sent a text when a colleague was ready to chat and that this would be within an hour. Didn't receive a text. On the first occasion I missed my opportunity to chat (type) with a colleague. On the 2nd occasion I stayed on the chat for over 2 hours waiting, but none came and eventually gave up to wait for the text. It never came and I gave up and went to bed. Logged back into my NatWest app the following day to see a colleague had joined the chat 4 hours 10 minutes after it started, and I hadn't received a text yet again. NatWest used to be easy to deal with. If you had to call you would get through , speak to someone and be assisted. Cora isn't progress, it's bargain basement customer service at it's worst and obviously not done with satisfaction in mind. Reviewed on: 23rd November 2023

Useless one day I can get on line banking no problems ,And then the day I have to say Cora why it's a load of rubbish

Noe got anything else to say .I have been a NatWest customer for 50 yes ,And I'm sorry to say it's just getting worse Reviewed on: 9th November 2023

Rubbish

Round in circles, waste of time, Reviewed on: 31st October 2023

Completely useless

1
I have tried to use Cora on a number of occasions and each time you go around in circles and get nowhere I've now completely given up. It's a useless waste of time don't bother using it Reviewed on: 21st October 2023

Does not answer the question

1
No help at all in trying to find out why a direct debit to Nat West was not processed after 4 days past due date. Just a spiral of repeated robotic questions getting nowhere. Continue to verification just closes down the app ! Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Not fit for purpose

1
Sometimes you need to speak to a person, not a robot. I am giving 1 star because I'm forced to. This 'service' doesn't deserve any stars. Reviewed on: 31st August 2023

Cora is useless

1
Awful service. Says 8 hours to get back to you. It's never 8 hours. Whatever happened to live chat? New service is absolutely garbage. Prehistoric service compared to other banks! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2023

Useless

1
Only very rarely can you connect to Cora and then she only says a colleague will be in touch within three hours which they never are Reviewed on: 24th May 2023

Difficult to access

2
For two days I have been unable to contact Cora. It just says connecting but doesn't connect. Previous to this I had been pleased with it. What's going on? Reviewed on: 18th April 2023
