Why hundreds of 5 Star reviews on 11th April? Something wrong here!

Cora is an annoying waste of time - I did not ask for it and want to have it removed. I would also like to know why almost all recent reviews are extremely negative, yet there seem to be many 5 Star reviews, poorly written, with spelling mistakes, all dated 11th April. Simply Appalling

It is the worst service I can think of. It often doesn’t work and when it does, it takes a lot of effort to get to a human The humans who respond are worse than Cora and close the conversations before sorting anything From my rewards I cashed £100 in September for vouchers. These never arrived and they are asking me to change my e mail address which I can’t see why I need to do. Then they close the conversation and tell me it has been escalated, who to I don’t know and it ends there and then they go quiet So I have to start all over again and after 3 months of trying, no movement at all In fact, it’s like monopoly , go back to start do not collect £100 Humans who sign off don’t give their names and you can’t phone anyone to get it sorted and it goes on and on Reviewed on: 15th December 2023

biggest waste of time

completely useless and a big distraction now with the pop jumping on all the time why do they do this stupid type of thing, I just want to look at my accounts, If you ask anything it either doesn't understand or can't help anyway. Waste of time and money. Reviewed on: 7th December 2023

More pop-ups than a Russian porn site

How to switch off Cora ?

As an online banker for many years, I do not want pestering with Cora when I navigate through the web-site. I want to switch it off for the session - longer is possible. Reviewed on: 5th December 2023

Dreadful bargain basement customer service

Query needed transferring to a real person. On each occasion I was told I would be sent a text when a colleague was ready to chat and that this would be within an hour. Didn't receive a text. On the first occasion I missed my opportunity to chat (type) with a colleague. On the 2nd occasion I stayed on the chat for over 2 hours waiting, but none came and eventually gave up to wait for the text. It never came and I gave up and went to bed. Logged back into my NatWest app the following day to see a colleague had joined the chat 4 hours 10 minutes after it started, and I hadn't received a text yet again. NatWest used to be easy to deal with. If you had to call you would get through , speak to someone and be assisted. Cora isn't progress, it's bargain basement customer service at it's worst and obviously not done with satisfaction in mind. Reviewed on: 23rd November 2023

I have tried to use Cora on a number of occasions and each time you go around in circles and get nowhere I've now completely given up. It's a useless waste of time don't bother using it Reviewed on: 21st October 2023
