Stick to calling, far better.

I've attempted to use Cora each time I have a problem, it simply doesn't understand plain questions. E. G. How much will it cost to pay off my mortgage in full. Reviewed on: 22nd November 2024

Cora is a waste of time

Tried using Cora several times, absolutely useless. Now many branches are closed, a telephone number to a human being is needed. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

The Future of Banking Support

Cora is an innovative chatbot service that NatWest bank offers to its customers to help them with their banking needs. From answering common queries to providing guidance on transactions and account management, Cora aims to make banking easier and more accessible for customers. One of the key benefits of Cora is that it is available 24/7, which means that customers can get help whenever they need it, without having to wait for business hours. The chatbot is also highly responsive and can understand natural language, making it easy for customers to ask questions and get the information they need. Customers have also praised Cora for its ability to provide personalized assistance. The chatbot can access customer account information and provide tailored advice based on individual circumstances. This can be especially helpful for customers who are looking for specific information or guidance on their finances. Another benefit of Cora is that it can handle multiple requests simultaneously, which means that customers don't have to wait in a queue or be put on hold. This can save a lot of time and frustration for customers, making their banking experience smoother and more efficient. Overall, Cora is a useful tool for NatWest bank customers looking for quick and easy access to banking information and support. While it may not be able to handle every request or query, it is a great starting point for customers looking for assistance with their banking needs. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Quick & Simple - its what we all want

As a brand new customer I had some issues with my customer number due to my own fault in entering my birth date incorrectly. I used Cora and had the issue quickly resolved. There was a point in which I needed to talk to a human and this again was quick smooth and easy. In the past with other banks its fair to say having online issues and trying to resolve is up there with one of the most painfully slow experiences.! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
