Cora terrible for the Nat West brand

I have little to add to the negative reviews of Cora, it is beyond useless. It connot understand, let alone answer, simple queries like "Where is the manage my card option in the Nat West app". Surely, when poor technology like this frustrates customers it can only be a matter of time before Nat West implements genuinely useful AI based on an existing knowledge base. Needless to say, Nat West needs to continue to invest in customer service humans at a decent level. Reviewed on: 30th August 2024

Tried to register online ,have had two activation codes cannot phone and speak to anyone Cora useless ,kept holding on for further help but could not wait any longer ,Just going around in circles Have put in all the relevant numbers and codes but just wont accept ,very frustrating ,given up now Reviewed on: 8th March 2023

IF you like automated flow charts that waste your time, you will probably love this, for those of us who would rather deal with a human being at the expense of the company's profits and who actually know something about banking, will probably give it a similar review. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023
