Ask Cora is user unfriendly

I've been battling with Ask Cora for weeks and all you do is run around in circles. RBS has gone backwards, it gives the impression it doesn't want to communicate with it's customers. Reviewed on: 21st February 2023

t seems impossible to get in contact via e mail, Cora is utterly useless

I received an e mail stating that the Visa will be replaced by a new Mastercard and to verify my address. I entered digital banking but there is nothing to actually veryfy it. My address is all the same, nothing has changed, so after that I tried to chat with Cora, which is useless and trying to get a live agent is impossible. The last thing I had was Agent is typing and that is now quite a while ago...what is Cora typing?? Useless your CORA Reviewed on: 21st February 2023

Scheduled payment problem
