My request was not understood at all and the answers were irrelevant. Most online services provide real texting chats with experienced staff. I have used these many times and they are really helpful. This AI chat (Cora) is really not working. Like having a car with a steering wheel that can only turn 10 degrees. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023

Cora is the worst

Cora is shockingly bad. It is used as a dumping ground when the Bank systems break down, and I have yet to find that it provides worth while answers. No wonder that Natwest gets such bad digital ratings Reviewed on: 17th February 2023
