Cora terrible for the Nat West brand

I have little to add to the negative reviews of Cora, it is beyond useless. It connot understand, let alone answer, simple queries like "Where is the manage my card option in the Nat West app". Surely, when poor technology like this frustrates customers it can only be a matter of time before Nat West implements genuinely useful AI based on an existing knowledge base. Needless to say, Nat West needs to continue to invest in customer service humans at a decent level. Reviewed on: 30th August 2024

This was the first time I'd used this and I couldn't be more impressed. It is so much easier than having to be on hold on the phone. I recently spent almost 2 hours on an online chat with a service company, trying to cancel and it was excruciating. It is so good to find such an easy way as Cora to carry out a transaction. Quick and easy to use, good customer service.

The service with Cora is is good way to gain answers to questions quickly rather than being held in a never ending queue on the telephone. Although there are sometimes when speaking to an actual person is better and more appropriate. Along with using Cora, if a person doesn't get the answer they want with Cora or if they don't understand the answer they get from Cora, there should be an option where a customer can talk to an actual human being and be put straight through to a member of staff.
