everything takes as long as possible

everything takes as long as possible, if they say it can take up to 10 business days its going to take 11. this is when they don't mess something up and make you redo everything in which case they will still take as long as possible to tell you this. my account was frozen due to fraud and it was quicker for me to open another bank account than for NatWest to fix the issue. Huge range of benefits and most importantly benefits I can use and genuinely save me money. Theatre and cinema tickets, travel insurance, emergency locksmiths and loads more besides - there’s a saying ‘price is what you pay, value is what you get’ and this is definitely great value for money!
