everything takes as long as possible

everything takes as long as possible, if they say it can take up to 10 business days its going to take 11. this is when they don't mess something up and make you redo everything in which case they will still take as long as possible to tell you this. my account was frozen due to fraud and it was quicker for me to open another bank account than for NatWest to fix the issue. Simply the best!

I have to say NatWest online banking is the best banking app out there and I have tried & tested most. It’s simple stupid approach is awesome everything is where you would expect it to be! I have even closed accounts that I have had because there online solution just doesn’t match up to NatWest’s - 5 Star Reviewed on: 19th February 2023

Fantastic Bank
