Review of the NatWest, Everyday account:

Once a good bank but now rubbish, (that being a polite term).

Once upon a time you could speak to a human being who made common decisions based upon affordability, lgic & common sense. Now computer algorithms control everything……….. so what do their managers actually do? I suppose provide jobs for those who like to wear suits rather than burger outlet aprons. If they wore those they would be at least doing something useful, but would probably have to offer good customer service of which they have no experience whatsoever. Reviewed on: 11th August 2021

Nice app that isn't pushy

A lot of other banking apps are pushy about marketing their other services and it's annoying. Natwest's app feels more relaxed and like it is there as a service for you, not a marketing vehicle. Reviewed on: 13th July 2023

Horrendous automated compter response system

If the system does not understand your question it just asks the same question over and over again and you get stuck in a loop - frustrating is not the word! Reviewed on: 4th July 2023
