Easier than before to use

I am more confident now as I have updated my email and details,which was not really easy to begin with but once finished I felt more comfortable with the app also I have chosen a new savings account recently,which normally would mean having to go to the bank in the next town as my local branch closed a while ago. Shocking

Provide an awful service where you have to be Ethan Hunt to even make a simple complaint about it. Let you money get taken through unwanted payments whilst freezing account and not informing you when you want to use your money most. Reviewed on: 28th April 2023

Great banking app

I have been with Natwest 3 yeqrs now.I have no problems with the app.I like being able 2 freeze my debit card n then unfreeze it.If I have had any problems where I needed 2 speak 2 an advisor the waiting time was quick n the advisor was really patient with me n helped resolve my issue.very happy with Natwest.Thank u:-)) Reviewed on: 11th April 2023
