Easier than before to use

I am more confident now as I have updated my email and details,which was not really easy to begin with but once finished I felt more comfortable with the app also I have chosen a new savings account recently,which normally would mean having to go to the bank in the next town as my local branch closed a while ago. Natwest a good bank

First of all it's great to have a local bank (High Wycombe) that's opened ti 4.30pm unlike my other bank Barclays that shuts at 3. The staff are very knowledgeable about the services. I find it easy to use the services in the bank whenever I visit. The app is also straightforward and the security features are excellent Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
