Poor customer service

I went to a branch to get money from my account, it was my goddaughters 21st birthday and I wanted to give her £4000 towards her car. The staff in the branch demanded to know why I wanted my money, they said if I didn't tell them, they could refuse to give me my money. Even when I told them why I wanted my money, I was then told by the staff not to be rude. I asked them if they had sufficient funds to give my my cash if I closed down all my accounts with immediate effect I soon got my cash. Best banking

Staff are always welcoming and friendly. Always find a solution to whatever problem you may have. They take the time to actually listen to the customers needs and then guide you towards what would actually work for you.The facility is always clean and presentable. After not going into the bank for almost 3yrs it was heart warming to hear the staff greeting you bu name. This really shows how much the staff puts into giving their customers first class service. EASY ACCESS TO BANKING APP

Straight forward easy access from Banking App to well laid list of accounts and easy understanding of instructions, particularly as I am a pensioner with only a tablet.The local branch are also the same,I have taken my tablet if I have a problem ,again patience and time in showing me help to resolve the problem.
