Always closing my branch

I’ve now had two branch closures with cash machines taken out . Can’t get anyone on the phone. . Very disappointing as it used to be such a great bank Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Efficient friendly customer service and fantastic app

I have other bank accounts but my NatWest account is the one that stands out, staff are friendly and efficient, both online and in the bank itself. The App is excellent, I use it every day, it’s accessible and so simple to use. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023
