Good link to all accounts and easy to use

I have a saver link to my NatWest main account and the interest is good and options to add more money each month with rounds up. It’s easy to access and switch between accounts with NatWest and easy to transfer money back and forth if needed. Lots of info on the app and very informative. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Nat.west. always on the case in the nicest way

Nat.west. have always looked after my account. Recently I wanted to transfer a large amount from my account the move was blocked followed by a pleasant security call to confirm that I was happy and not being forced or scammed the transaction was completed, just the latest compliment I can give. Really poor customer service

When I needed some customer support, they were horrendous. I had the example where I was scammed by a car rental company and lost money and also having people using my bank cards. One bank straight away blocked the use of my card, NatWest did nothing about it after contacting them twice! Reviewed on: 30th January 2025
