Pointless business manager meetings

Natwest made me have a business meeting with them to open a business account. Hardly any of their branches have a business manager in during convenient hours. So I waited months for a meeting for them to ask my name and address then open a business account. Waste of time. Online banking is rubbish. I had errors on my account and they used to charge over the government amount for overdrawn charges which you have to claim back. Reviewed on: 13th June 2017

Lost our documents and very un-reliable, no replies.

Absolutely terrible service from the start. In the process of opening a business account they lost our documents and did not reply to us at all until I had to visit the branch to confront them about it. After several phone calls, 3 weeks and a number of attempts we were told copies of our passports were lost... Stay clear. Reviewed on: 10th February 2023

Awful Customer service

Very rude and controlling
