Good banking with easy access

The only high-street bank that I was able to open an account online and it functions good as a bank. Much faster response in balance than HSBC but staff not as profenssional. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Their app is user friendly and gives you access to far more than just checking your bank balance. Pending transactions are displayed clearly and an available balance to show what you actually have available to help you manage your money better. Good bank but not added extras

The app is good and easy to use although contacting customer service can be a nightmare, as can if you have a problem. Also behind the curve in. the market with items such as available balance without overdraft... needs a refresh. Reviewed on: 16th January 2020

Always very helpful

Excellent Bank

I would recommend Natwest to my family members and friends. I would say Natwest app is the best in UK. It has awesome features. I switched over to Natwest from Barclays. The thing I love about Natwest is they always try new things For Example - Get cash without card, it is amazing feature. No one has ever tried it. They also going to provide free credit score. Simple, easy, effective!

The safest method of banking, made even more convenient by the app! Its won awards TWICE in recent years, and is clearly the best there is. Customer after customer with multiple accounts in different banks say that they only use our app over all of them! Add to that, Open Banking, and you have yourself a perfect banking companion! An excellent everyday product

Perfectly adequate in every way. I find the online banking easy and straightforward. I also like that you can transfer between accounts easily. Haven't had any particular issues. I don't think the interest is overly high, but no account seems to be now. Never had any issues with access. Reviewed on: 9th December 2019
