There’s a monthly fee for the Reward Platinum account. You get mobile insurance, breakdown cover, travel insurance and other benefits as an account holder. There are no non-sterling transaction fees when you buy with your debit card abroad.

There's only one

Consistently great service from Natwest for over 20 years! Always there when I need them and they have that personal touch of a dedicated Account Manager that checks in with me regularly. So helpful, knowledgeable and approachable. Natwest genuinely cares about it's customers which is rare nowadays in most banks/companies. Lots of brilliant services available to make sure each individual customer gets exactly what they need for their circumstances. Great bank

I have several accounts with NatWest. I particularly love the reward account as I am never left broke or without money. I get rewarded with money each time I use my card for purchase. It might not be much but it goes a long way in easing and making life better Reviewed on: 18th February 2023

Highly recommend

NatWest customer for over 20 years and have various accounts including credit card. App is reliable and very easy to navigate and on rare occasions I have needed to contact customer service, the experience has been fantastic.
