There’s a monthly fee for the Reward Platinum account. You get mobile insurance, breakdown cover, travel insurance and other benefits as an account holder. There are no non-sterling transaction fees when you buy with your debit card abroad.

Easy to use

Great products and brilliant App

The Rewards account although it does cost money returns far more in rewards earned than it costs as long as you have both the rewards platinum account and the rewards credit card (credit card fee is refunded if you have both). That way everything you buy earns rewards and you also have the benefits such as mobile phone and global travel insurance. If you couple the great account with a really great app you need look no further. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Total control

It is quite amazing how much control and information the app has given to the user. Moving funds between accounts and managing payments is made very easy. The analysis of how my money is spent and categorised is extremely useful particularly if there is a need to reduce spending at a particularly difficult economic time. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Ease of use

I am an older user of internet banking. The NatWest App has adapted overtime and is now very easy to use & understand. I like the email text alerts for low balance & high withdrawals. I also have savings & credit card accounts with at West & it is easy to transfer between them. Being able to pause my Cards when I have misplaced them is also another excellent feature.
