The NatWest Reward Platinum Account is available for existing NatWest current account holders. The account charges a monthly fee but comes with a range of benefits. Account holders can access mobile phone insurance, family travel insurance and breakdown cover, as well as fee-free abroad purchases. Total control

It is quite amazing how much control and information the app has given to the user. Moving funds between accounts and managing payments is made very easy. The analysis of how my money is spent and categorised is extremely useful particularly if there is a need to reduce spending at a particularly difficult economic time. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Ease of use

I am an older user of internet banking. The NatWest App has adapted overtime and is now very easy to use & understand. I like the email text alerts for low balance & high withdrawals. I also have savings & credit card accounts with at West & it is easy to transfer between them. Being able to pause my Cards when I have misplaced them is also another excellent feature. Good, reliable service. Works well every time!

Fantastic account!
