There’s a monthly fee for the Reward Platinum account. You get mobile insurance, breakdown cover, travel insurance and other benefits as an account holder. There are no non-sterling transaction fees when you buy with your debit card abroad.

Old fashioned values and customer service

NatWest, offers customer service second to none in the banking industry. Whilst modern banks are online only and you can’t speak to anyone. 20 years on.....

I love banking with Natwest. From the branch to the banking app it is easy an simple to get anything and everything I need done. Over the last 10 years I have worked with different banks through my career and have recommended Natwest to customers due to the simplicity and efficiency of their banking process.
