There’s a monthly fee for the Reward Platinum account. You get mobile insurance, breakdown cover, travel insurance and other benefits as an account holder. There are no non-sterling transaction fees when you buy with your debit card abroad.

Love using the app

The account is great for the reward and other benefits, all of which get used across the year. However, how I manage the account is via the mobile banking app. This is fantastic and really saves me so much time. Logging on it quick and doing regular payments are done in a few seconds. I even opened a savings account on Christmas day in less than 30 seconds using it! Reviewed on: 8th January 2019

Rewards for everyday banking

I have the Reward platinum account and get 2% back on my direct debits as well as money on other purchases. This also links in with my credit card and I use the mobile app on an almost daily basis to check my balances and exchange my rewards. I love it! I’m getting rewarded for the things I do anyway. The mobile app makes this bank the best!

Love the mobile banking app, it makes my banking easier and more convenient. I also love the My Rewards service as I get regular cashback for my utility bills and credit card transactions. Reviewed on: 8th January 2019

Very good

Very good premium account with cash back on bills etc including mobile phone bill. Which if you are paying 50 a month makes it a little bit bearable Reviewed on: 16th November 2018

Good value for money
