Gave what other companies didn't

I have been with Newbury since 2014 and they are/were the only company that recognised a services injury pension when applying for a mortgage...the other companies basically said the computer says no'. Thus I recommend The Newbury to everyone, they are professional, friendly, approachable and go out of their way to help. My mortgage advisor, Angela Bradshaw is just the best and has simply gone above and beyond to help and advise. Friendly, helpful and professional service.

My mortgage advisor Lauren Dearlive was both helpful and knowledgeable. She helped guide me to understand the current mortgage options that were available for me, she also passed me onto her colleague, Simon Dawson - Allen who was as equally helpful and efficient with explaining further options of help and support. Remortgage with Newbury BS

I applied to remortgage with Newbury BS through a broker. The process was straightforward and thorough as I would expect. There was a delay due to one department not informing the underwriter that all the information requested had been submitted by me. However once informed the underwriter responded within 24 hours. I received a message from Newbury BS stating that if I wanted to complete the transaction earlier than planned this would be possible which was a great help. No solicitors required so no additional costs. Excellent service despite the short delay of one week. Reviewed on: 30th December 2024
