Inadequate Remortgage Quote

Your mortgage advisor called who was very helpful but unfortunately your remortgage offer was well below the offers provided by other lenders. For this reason we left you and considering your interest rates its unlikely we will come back until you can compete with other lenders. Reviewed on: 21st September 2020

Efficient Service

My husband and I decided to release capital from our house to purchase a property in Italy. From our first enquiry to being forwarded the funds we have received a professional, efficient service. We were fully informed all of the time and had no stress as every process was simple and straightforward. This is our third mortgage with the Newbury and cannot praise the staff highly enough. No fuss no worries

We have been mortgage customers of Newbury Building Society for almost 20 years and have been highly pleased and satisfied with the service and assistance they have consistently provided. Most recently we have taken the decision to pay off our outstanding balance slightly early and the assistance we have received in doing this has been quick and informative.
