NBS have managed my mortgages over 3 properties

NBS have managed my mortgages over 3 properties over the last 9 years or so. They have been competitive, easy to deal with and efficient in every instance! Along with this they have delivered on every action they had committed to me! They also have covered a multiple of different mortgage products over this time and not at any point in time have I had reason to complain! Friendly, efficient service

The process for mortgage offe was done by a Financial Adviser, however I have had a few queries both over the phone and by e mail, all of which have been answered quickly and correctly.Highly reccommended. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Great personal service

We’ve just ported our mortgage to our second property. Newbury BS again made it a straight forward and personal service - even during a global pandemic. Their advisors were always available to answer any queries quickly and offer reassurance where needed. We recently completed and today received our “New Home” hamper which was an unexpected but lovely gesture. Small mortgage for expat with a large customer deposit

Relatively straightforward to arrange although the Covid situation and the number of mortgages being requested due to the Stamp Duty 'holiday' did leave the process a little longer than originally anticipated. Whilst the loan to deposit ration was relatively low the onus on the valuation survey appeared to be relatively high. Reviewed on: 10th January 2021

remortgage to buy new house

Outstanding customer service, very personable service and when requiring additional borrowing to allow us to purchase a new property everything was done in record time despite Covid, something I know other big lenders were unable to do. Special mention to Luke Pummell for his assistance. Reviewed on: 10th January 2021
