Fantastic, friendly, supportive and efficient.

I cannot praise and thank Charlotte Hall enough for her continued support throughout the whole mortgage process. Charlotte goes above and beyond in her work. Newbury Building Society is very efficient, friendly and supportive. Everything they said was done. During Covid times, everything is a little more difficult but Newbury understands. Charlotte was willing to help with every little question I had. I would not have managed the stress of applying for a mortgage without her encouraging words and support. Knowledgable, helpful and friendly

I have been with NBS for 30 years because the products are great, the service is wonderful and they are a local Company. Although the Big 4 can sometimes edge a marginally lower rate they will never beat the service provided by the NBS team. Shared Ownership

Was advised to use Newbury Building Society by my financial advisor as they specialise in shared ownership mortgages. The service from them was great keeping us in the loop and even during the pandemic, they were able to resolve any issues in a timely manner. Reviewed on: 28th August 2020

A very efficient and professional service, with good advice and support throughout the process.

Updating our mortgage

A good service from customer service assistant via email, telephone and letter on the progressive of the mortgage offer. Especially with the pandemic of COVID-19 occurring whilst our mortgage offer being considered. Reviewed on: 21st August 2020
