Professional, friendly and efficient.

NBS were pro active in informing us that our current deal was due to expire and invited us to contact them. It was easy to book a telephone appointment online and also easy to view all the possible deals online before the call. The best deal was discussed and agreed over the phone and the follow up paperwork was fast and efficient. Very impressed. Reviewed on: 9th March 2024

Most helpful mortgage provider I've come across

Answered call really quickly,listened to me and did everything they could to help even though it wasn't them that had caused a delay.Liaised with solicitors and myself above and beyond to get mortgage through asap.Most helpful company so far and I've used many different mortgage providers Reviewed on: 2nd March 2024

Would Recommend

With the changes to the Bank of England base rate over the last couple of years, I understood that my interest rate with an SVR mortgage would have to change with it. I really appreciate how Newbury approached this, making small increases over time, meaning it was much more manageable in the long run. It felt like Newbury were really thinking of the customer, and their approach took some of the stress out of the cost of living crisis. Thank you. Reviewed on: 24th February 2024
