Smooth process every time

I have taken out a mortgage over 3 years ago. My 1st 3 year fix ended a few months ago and transferring over to a new product was quick and painless. I did prepare that it will take ages and lots of paperwork. But actually everything was so quick. Excellent customer service. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Extremely flexible way of doing business.

We have been with NBS about 25 years and have tweaked our mortgage (up and down) many times over that period. They are always helpful and competitive. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023
