Proof you do not need a face to face

I applied for a mortgage through a recommended broker. Once the details were collected by the broker, the AIP was returned the same day and the mortgage offer was duly dispatched once all the technicalities were resolved. Communication by e-Mail was excellent and timely. Offer still very competitive in a difficult market. Compliments and thanks to the Newbury building society Reviewed on: 3rd September 2022

Remortgage

As usual, Newbury were very helpful, the mortgage advisor who dealt with my case took me through all the options and sent all paperwork out promptly. Great communication throughout, I had mortgage brokers trying to get me to go elsewhere prior to my remortgage but I like the way Newbury operate so it was never an option for me. New self-build mortgage application

Self-build mortgages can be tricky, I tried several providers but NBS saved the day. My adviser, Angela was very supportive and helpful and made the process relatively pain free! Reviewed on: 2nd September 2022
