Professional, personal and a very high standard of customer service

Throughout every dealing that we have had with Newbury Building society over the past almost four years in connection with our mortgage, we have always been dealt with immediately, professionally and matters have been actioned faultlessly and most importantly for us, each and every time we are genuinely made to feel a valued customer and that wherever possible, our requirements are met and therefore we feel that we receive a very personal service which from our experience, is very rare indeed in this field and as a result, Newbury Building society employees, their managers and members, should feel very proud of this achievement and in our view, deserve to again be recognised within the British banking awards. Simple and straightforward

Absolutely Superb Customer Service!

I decided to change my mortgage supplier from a very large national society to The Newbury Building Society quite a few years ago. The main reason being was that I never felt valued and was treated as just a number and not a person. The Newbury is so very different. On each and every occasion I have had to deal with them, I have found them very friendly and ever so helpful. The offer superb customer service. I have recently repaid my mortgage. I would give the highest recommendation to anyone who is looking to take out a mortgage to go to the Newbury Building Society as they are simply the best! Reviewed on: 19th March 2021
