Very pleased!

Newbury is the only company that hasn't given us any trouble throughout the buying process! We had issues with the housing association and the solicitor, but not from Newbury! Very pleasant to deal with throughout, and a great mortgage deal. The only minor issue was a problem receiving our initial documents, but I think that was an email-problem somewhere along the line. New Mortgage Application

A big thank you to Newbury Building Society for providing me with my new mortgage. My application and requirement was a little different from the standard norm and it was most welcome that Newbury had a product and process that was tailored to my individual requirement. Applying for a Mortgage in later life

Tremendous service from start to finish. Once she heard I had arranged a mortgage with Newbury Building Society, my solicitor said that it would all be handled really efficiently - and she was absolutely right! I am so fed up with many firms blaming Covid for their poor service levels - they would do well to learn from the Newbury BS. This is what great Customer Service looks like. The icing on the cake was the delivery of the Survival Box today - some much needed goodies after a hectic few days of moving and unpacking! Reviewed on: 26th March 2021
