I have benefited from having accounts with Newbury Building society for several decades, both as a personal customer and for business purposes. Throughout that time they have stood out for their friendliness matched by their professionalism and competitive performance. They really want to help you and little touches make cumulatively the high standards they achieve, an example being the provision of chairs for customer use which can make a big difference when dealing with more complex transactions. A pride in how they contribute to the local community is entirely justified and staff at all levels help to make that happen. I am delighted to pay tribute to an exceptional operation. Nothing but helpful and great

We went with Newbury for our first mortgage and was really worrying when it came round to our deal came to a end but Newbury were nothing but great. Explained everything so clearly, answered all our questions and reassured us and couldn't do anymore then they already did for us! Glad we managed to get another great deal with Newbury and it was completely hassle free! Would definitely recommend Newbury for mortgages! Reviewed on: 8th March 2021
