Staff were very helpful. Prepaid envelope (first class) supplied took 4 days to get to you caused me huge worry and time wasted visiting my bank and calling you. Staff were very helpful to find a way to help out, but the money didn't arrive in my account in time to transfer out same day. Could you improve this in the future?. Reviewed on: 29th November 2024
