Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Wonderful staff. Difficult that transactions have to be done in person instead of online. However I imagine this is one of the reasons people love you so much. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Reviewed on: 28th June 2024

I gave notice to make a withdrawal and inadvertently missed the deadline but the manager very kindly agreed to honour the transaction without any interest penalty. Reviewed on: 28th June 2024
