Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

opening accounts without an appointment.

I couldn't get an appointment from your central system in the next two weeks so I just turned up at Wokingham branch. Service was prompt, informative and helpful. I received the documents for the three accounts the following morning in the post. Branch performance Excellent. Reviewed on: 13th May 2024
