Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Account opening process

Relatively easy to open an ISA account. It could be improved by making the account opening process fully possible online rather than just in branch through in the post. Reviewed on: 16th February 2023

My review was great, just what I needed. Lisa dealt with me professionally and efficiently.

I had spent a frustrating couple of hours trying to arrange a transfer of my isa with a couple of other financial institutions who were quite frankly hard work. Lisa totally took all the hassle out of the situation. Reviewed on: 15th February 2023
