Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Easy process

We opened two young saver accounts in branch today and the process was really easy and quick. The advisor explained things clearly to me and made sure I was happy to continue at various points. Product sounds great and just what we wanted. Reviewed on: 1st June 2022
