Welcome to Newbury

Great service by the staff in Abingdon branch they was very helpful and pleasant towards us when starting two more savings accounts and helping with other accounts and the online service Reviewed on: 19th February 2022

Very Helpful

I opened an EMA account and tried to transfer money to it. The money was returned due to incorrect details put in by me when setting up the transfer. I telephoned NBS and was transferred to Andover branch where I spoke to Tracey. Tracey was extremely helpful, advising me of the correct wording and offering to inform me when funds did arrive in my new account, which she did. Reviewed on: 18th February 2022

A vote for my local building society

NBS are great. I have saved with them for many years - and am always greeted with a smile. They were great during the pandemic too, checking on their teams & customers. They deserve the award for being the BEST. Reviewed on: 17th February 2022

Friendly helpful staff

Whenever I visit the Andover Newbury Society branch I receive a cheerful greeting. Always plenty of cashiers- never have to wait more than a couple of minutes. Their excellent advice, understanding and patience has been the reason that I have stayed with them for over 45 years. Reviewed on: 17th February 2022
