Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Lovely people, despite some errors

Staff at the desk were extremely helpful, but there were two delays in the process. I was told to come back in 7 days, and had to wait 10...and then on day 10 the computer systems failed, causing another delay. That said, this was all handled with the charm and politeness which I have come to expect from the Newbury. Reviewed on: 28th January 2022

Exceptional customer service from day one. The branch staff are lovely and always offer a personal service; nothing is ever too much trouble. Best Customer Service!

I've been with NBS for a couple of years and always love coming into the branch! My Local branch is in Hungerford and its always a pleasant visit., the staff are always helpful as ever and always have a great smile on there face.
