Good customer service

The opening process was easy and the instructions sent were easy to follow. I also contacted Newbury regarding a mistake regarding my husbands nationality on the system and they reacted really well and promptly and rectified it by the following day Very pleased with the communication, very polite and informative. Very friendly and efficient

Friendly and efficient staff

Recently opened savings accounts for myself and my daughter. Staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient from first opening the accounts to then going in subsequently to pay in some more money. Would definitely recommend this building society. Reviewed on: 6th June 2021

Nice and easy

I am an existing member and recently open an online account with NBS and it was much smoother than I was expected and in a few days my account is linked to the online and able to see the details. Much better experience than I have had with other provider. Reviewed on: 4th June 2021
