Great Personal Service

I am very happy with Newbury Building Society as they always update me with relevant information about how I can maximise my savings in a professional , helpful way. I also like the little touches like the photographic competition which culminates in a beautifully produced calendar every year which is made fairly available to all their customers. It is also reassuring to know that they have plenty of local branches, so that I can pop in anytime I want to update my accounts and combined with the convenience of internet banking, this adds up to a highly regarded service. Very professional and best customer service

The Newbury Building Society staff in the Wokingham branch are one of the most professional and customer friendly group I have had the pleasure to deal with. Service and Rates

The Newbury BS give great local service. The staff are very efficient and friendly and it's great to have that on the doorstep. They also have some great savings rates which are better than most in the market, albeit for a restricted savings value. Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

The staff and building society are always helpful especially at this difficult financial time.

Excellent service but would prefer to be able to invest more than the allowance

I started with Newbury about 15 months ago by visiting Abingdon office. The staff were most helpful, welcoming and efficient. I like using a small, friendly branch such as Newbury provide. Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Highly recommending my Wokingham Branch

I value the personal attention I receive from the very friendly & competent staff at my Wokingham Branch. It is so good that the staff know me personally, because most of them have been with the Branch for many years. This makes me think that they are a very happy team.
