Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Very good service

We have been with Newbury Building Society for about 4 years and they offer an excellent savings range starting with the Welcome Accounts and then the Existing Member range both of which give very good rates of interest. No hassle transfer

As a new member of the Newbury Building Society I transferred money from a current account I have with a bank via the internet; there was no problem and it is good to enjoy a hassle-free experience. Why did I not find the Newbury BS sooner? Reviewed on: 11th November 2019

A really good experience

I called in at your Winchester branch to open savings accounts with you at about lunch time last Wednesday. It was a quiet time but I was immediately ushered into a private space where Subhashini Venkatesan took me through all the business and made it so easy. I opened 2 accounts and the passbooks were delivered to me on Thursday. All in all and enjoyable experience and the products seem very good value as well. Reviewed on: 8th November 2019

I recently opened a savings account with the Newbury online . The application from start to Finnish was very easy to complete . Communication via e/mail to confirm account setup extremely fast, welcome pack arrived the next day via the post. Fantastic service and a pleasure to do business with. Reviewed on: 8th November 2019
