From day one when I opened a savings account to the present day, every visit has been handled with amazing customer service. They are always friendly, enjoy a little banter and quite honestly make you feel that you are important to them. Friendly, knowledgeable and available

I highly rate the local branches which are open at sensible times, allowing me to do my banking whenever I need to.
