First class service

I recently visited the Newbury branch and accidentally left a piece of paper there containing confidential information. Staff went to the trouble of calling my mobile to advise me what had happened and kindly put the paper through their shredder at my request. Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Excellent customer service and competitive interest rates

My husband and I have opened a savings account and a ISA this year after having a mortgage with them for many years . The staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable in the accounts we opened. It is so nice to have a pass book to manage our accounts and to be able to go into our branch and manage our money. So much better than doing it online.
