Great Bank

So helpful to me particularly around my Isa with them - there was an issue that I hadn't understood but they sorted it quickly and efficiently. Always very quick response to any emails I send - really great service and great savings ratings. Reviewed on: 15th March 2023

Great friendly bank, easy to work with.

I began banking with Oaknorth around 3 years ago with an ISA. I then recommended my husband also open one. It has been so easy to open new ISA accounts and when needed, take money out or transfer to another ISA. I have been helped several times by Customer Service and they have always been extremely kind and helpful as I am an 'older customer' I have not felt rushed and had things explained to me in a friendly and informative manner. No bad experiences so far although I have only used online service. OakNorth Bank’s online experience is excellent — the website and mobile app are clear, intuitive, and easy to navigate. Setting up accounts and managing savings online is quick and straightforward. The interface makes it simple to check balances, track interest, and move money when needed.
