Paypal Credit has been an extremely useful tool.

Paypal Credit has been an extremely useful tool and their customer service was great when I was ripped off by someone on eBay. I had bought a defective item and returned it, but the seller tried to argue they hadn't received it back despite photo evidence.Paypal investigated and returned my money to me quickly.
